Belissa I. Betances is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting leadership. Before joining Niles Realty Group, she worked as a Fractional Controller overseeing financial operations for a portfolio of more than 20 businesses. In this role, she specialized in financial reporting, P&L and balance sheet analysis, accounting clean-up initiatives, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.

Her experience in construction and project-based accounting has provided her with deep expertise in WIP reporting, reconciliations, multi-entity environments, and month-end close processes. This analytical foundation allows her to bring a high level of precision, structure, and financial insight to every real estate transaction.

Belissa is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions by understanding the financial impact of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. She partners closely with clients to provide clarity, confidence, and strategic guidance throughout the process.

Now transitioning into real estate, she brings the same discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset to serving buyers and sellers across the DFW market. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse range of clients.
